Relax, Rejuvenate & Breathe
A 6 Week Yoga Intensive
This class is designed to educate students and deepen their experience of yoga; focusing on the breath, meditation, and rejuvenating yoga postures. A complete instruction booklet allows students to continue their practice at home.
Each Week (1 day a week, 2 hour class)
Discover:
- One new breathing practice (pranayama)
- One new meditation (dhyana)
- One new series of yoga postures (vinyasa)
Cost: $90 ($15/per class)
Class cost must be paid in advance.

Be prepared by having a light snack before class, preferably 1 hour before class begins.
Wear layers; though be sure to have light, loose fitted clothing.
Bring a water bottle, pen and journal.
Mats, Bolsters, Props and Tea are provided. (Bring your own mat if you prefer).
Arrive on time; class begins promptly.

On-Going Classes…
Stephanie guides students in vinyasa flow, combining mov
ement with breath, letting yoga open oneself to the experience of prana: the vital ‘life-force’ or bio-energy that keeps your body alive and in good health.
Stephanie will be offering on-going yoga classes at the Gold Step Studios in Placerville in April.
YOGA SCHEDULE (Beginning in April)
Thursdays 4:00-5:00 PM
Gentle Flow yoga for beginners, elders and pregnant mothers,
$15 drop in, $50 for 4 classes
Thursdays 5:30-7:00pm
Vinyasa Flow ~ This will be an experienced yoga class for physically active people $15 drop in, $50 for 4 classes
