This was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. I actually didn’t like yoga, I am disabled and had just recovered from a surgery and one of my best friends who had done one of their retreats before said I needed to go. I did. Lacey and Darin at Sacred Paths are amazing. I found faith in things greater than myself. I surfed the waves in Costa Rica that doctors said I would never be able to do. I even fell in love with yoga. The group was amazing and I made life long friends. I couldn’t be more grateful for my experience. Thank you for changing my life.

I have been on multiple trainings (Bali and Guatemala) and recently got back from the surf and yoga retreat in Costa Rica. If you’re looking for a wonderful experience, enlightened facilitators, delicious food and beautiful locations.. you’ve found the right place! Highly recommend SPY and all they do! Plan on attending Peru next year!

I attended the first 1 week surf and yoga retreat after the 200 hr YTT. It was an amazing week! It's hard not to have a great week in a beautiful place doing yoga and surfing all day, but the reset I got was more than I would have ever expected. Our teacher was Hana and she was wonderful. It was more than yoga classes. She taught us principles, philosophy and anything else we wanted to know about yoga. She was engaging and super supportive and attentive. We had evening sessions that were spiritual and restorative. Those were my favorite part. I don't want to give too much away, but my soul felt more cleansed after every night. They have a great program and it was flexible with what the group wanted to do the entire time. I'm sure others have mentioned the food, but every meal was an endless supply of deliciousness! Accommodating to any diet, as well. The staff at Indigo were incredibly nice and friendly. They have a nice connection with the locals in Santa Teresa as well.

This surf yoga retreat was magical! I decided to go by myself and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The surfing was totally rad! The yoga and meditation was life changing! Darin and Lacy are beautiful souls and know just how to make the retreat feel like a way to reconnect and rejuvenate! ❤️ Pura Vida!
