Victoria Siemek, E-RYT500hr
Victoria Siemek E-RYT500 Victoria’s passion for yoga was sparked by taking a health and wellness course while studying to be an elementary school teacher. After years of a physical asana practice she finally discovered how to deeply connect with herself and a serene inner world through the power of meditation. As if a light was switched on she instantly became inspired to share the healing energy of yoga and meditation with others and it has been her growing passion ever since. In 2021 she felt a call to leave everything behind and pursue her passion in yoga. This life-changing decision led her to discovering her aligned path and true purpose in life.
As a yoga guide, Victoria enjoys sharing her gifts in playful and unique ways. She radiates a warm, charismatic energy and always encourages her students to be playful and think outside the box. She is enthusiastic about the Chakra System and often themes her lessons around bringing awareness and healing to a specific energy center. With almost a decade of experience as an exercise trainer she also enjoys incorporating functional movement into her classes to help improve daily living and connection to the body. Victoria’s intention is to have her students leave a space feeling inspired, blissful, and connected. Her ultimate goal is to bring others to experience how potent, transformative, and life-changing yoga and meditation can be.
When she is not teaching or practicing yoga you can find her at the beach, hiking and exploring nature, or curled up with a good book. One of her favorite books that she read while completing her first 200 hour training is The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer. She finds determination and drive in her life and career by continuously expanding her knowledge in yoga and other areas of wellness in order to improve as a guide and loving soul in society. Her favorite asana is Prasarita Padottanansana aka wide-legged forward fold. It brings her a deep sense of joy and fulfillment to spread her uplifting energy into a healing space and see her students leave feeling peaceful and revitalized.
