Policies and Cancellations

Transferring Programs:
Please submit any transfer requests via email. Please note that additional charges may be incurred for differences in program or room and board costs.
- 90 days or more before the program start date: $100 processing fee.
- 60 days or more before the program start date: $150 processing fee.
- 30 days or more before the program start date: $200 processing fee.
- Less than 30 days: No credit or refund is available if you cancel within 30 days of the program start date
Cancellations:
We process program cancellations according to the following schedule:
TUITION FEES
- 90 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $250 processing fee.
- 60 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $350 processing fee.
- 30 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $450 processing fee.
- Less than 30 days: No credit or refund is available if you cancel within 30 days of the program start date, if you do not show up, or if you leave a program early for any reason. We also reserve the right to not graduate students if they do not meet all the criteria for graduation from the program – in this case no refunds will be issued.
ACCOMODATION FEES
- 90 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $100 processing fee.
- 60 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $200 processing fee.
- 30 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $300 processing fee.
- Less than 30 days: No credit or refund is available if you cancel within 30 days of the program start date, if you do not show up, or if you leave a program early for any reason. We also reserve the right to not graduate students if they do not meet all the criteria for graduation from the program – in this case no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations must be done in writing. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving your written cancellation. You may email info@sacredpathsyoga.com with your cancellation request.
