The Sacred Paths Yoga family of dedicated yoga teachers and healers is here to support you along your yogic journey.  Whether you are interested in deepening your yoga practice or becoming empowered as a Registered Yoga Teacher our facilitators have the experience and knowledge to help guide you there.  Our teachers are highly skilled in the arts of facilitating group healing and transformation through yoga asana, meditation, pranayama, ceremony, spiritual lessons, special yogic topics, ayurveda, music, artistic expression, dance and more.

  • Darin Lehman
    Darin LehmanFounder & Facilitator

    Darin Jay Lehman E-RYT 500 is a dedicated yogi, musician, artist, writer, surfer and lover of nature. He has made spiritual seeking his life’s work and he strives to bring purpose, intention and joy into each moment.  His journey has led him to many inspiring teachers, spiritual living communities, traditions and cultures which is translated through his integrative teaching style. Darin weaves many paths to cultivate a broad understanding and accessible approach for the modern practitioner. He honors ancient teachings while going beyond rigidity in form to bring expansion and personal growth into this practice. Darin walks the path of the spiritual realm merging the physical practices of yoga and qigong, with the connection to higher Spirit, the earth elements, the cardinal directions and personal guides, guardians and teachers.  Darin brings the expression of Bhakti (devotion) into his classes through the use of singing Kirtan songs, chanting mantras, sharing Icaros (earth medicine music) and playing a variety of instruments.  Darin also incorporates ceremony into his offerings including Letting Go and Manifestation Ceremonies, Cacao Ceremony, Shamanic Drum Journeys, Japé and Plant Medicine Journeys.

    His engaging and relatable nature cultivates a safe space for students to deepen their practice at the physical, mental and spiritual levels.

  • Lacey Hickox
    Lacey HickoxFounder & Facilitator

    Lacey Hickox E-RYT 500 is inspired to share the healing power of yoga with the global community and is continuously seeking to learn, explore, and live the path of yoga as teacher and humble student. Lacey views this sacred practice as a path to self-discovery and self love and as a divine tool to deepen our connection with Spirit. She infuses her offerings with many modalities including Thai Massage, Reiki, Sound Healing, Earth Medicine and Shamanic Ceremony. Her intention is to leave students feeling empowered, centered, focused and inspired to continue the yoga practice off the mat with an emphasis on the principles of mindfulness, awareness, patience and a deep reverence for Pachamama. Lacey aspires to hold space for students to dive deeper into their practice both physically and spiritually and to connect with the beauty that is within and all around.

    Lacey has been fortunate enough to study with many beautiful souls and finds deep inspiration from the teachings of Janet Stone, Shiva Rea, Shri Brahmananda and her teachers in the Andes Mountains of Peru. Lacey has lived, studied and practiced in several different ashrams and spiritual communities worldwide, immersing herself in the depths of this practice. She has a playful yet grounded approach to this journey and is a devoted student of life.

    Lacey loves the growth and awareness that comes with travel. She finds inspiration from seeking new practices and learning about different traditions around the world while connecting to the global consciousness. You can often find her teaching at retreats as well as sharing workshops and participating in yogic conferences and festivals internationally. Lacey is honored to hold space as an SPY founder and facilitator for this transformational process.

    Srimati HughesYogini - Facilitator

    Kristen Srimati Hughes E-RYT 500 thrives in the flow of yoga. It is through deep listening of the breath and mindful awareness of body that she discovers the magic that is total union with the divine. Srimati has traveled throughout North America and Central America sharing her wisdom with people of all cultures and languages. And, it is one of her deepest joys to reach each person on a soul level within each class, training, and workshop.

  • Adrianna Peters
    Adrianna PetersYogini Facilitator

    Adrianna Peters E-RYT500 uses yoga as a tool to explore spaces in the body, mind and spirit that may not be readily accessible in the forefront of our consciousness. Using breath, movement and meditation she encourages students to explore their depths and edges. Expansion, growth and alignment with the students’ highest potential are themes that permeate her classes.

    She holds a bachelors degree in counseling psychology, lending compassion and support to all her students. She completed her 200 hour YTT in Costa Rica with Sofia Thom in a program that blended dance and Vinyasa yoga. After teaching for 3 years she completed her 300 hour YTT with School Yoga Institute on The Mystical Yoga Farm and has been leading 200 hr international teacher trainings since then. Surfing, spinning fire, ecstatic dance, aerial silks and festivals are some places she can be found when she’s not on the mat.

  • Trudy Collings
    Trudy CollingsCo-Founder Paavani Ayurveda, RYT500, CMP, AHP

    Trudy Collings RYT500, AHP was born in England but raised in Vero Beach, Florida. In 2008, she graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a double major in British Literature & Anthropology. In 2009, her inquisitive & wanderlust nature brought her to San Francisco, CA & she eventually landed in her first yoga teacher training in 2011. From there, she learned of Ayurveda & was instantly in love with the science. By the fall of 2011, she was enrolled at the California College of Ayurveda. This science encompassed everything she was looking for: yoga, traditional ecological knowledge, cultural understanding & a holistic approach to well-being. Today, Trudy is an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Herbalist, Ayurvedic Massage & Body Therapist, yoga teacher & co-founder of PAAVANI Ayurveda. What she loves most about offering Ayurvedic Body Therapies to people is the meditative experience it offers & the healing connection she gives & receives from each client. While not immersed in Ayurveda & Yoga services, Trudy relishes spending time with her partner, Brandt, & their two dogs & kitty cat.

    • Leah Danielle Klatt
      Leah Danielle KlattCo-Founder of Paavani Ayurveda, AHP, CMT, PKS

      Leah Klatt AHP grew up in Wisconsin & has the roots of a Midwestern girl. In 2007, Leah graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelors of Science in Conservation & Environmental Sciences; including a Minor in Biology, a Minor in Business & a Certification in Entrepreneurship. In 2009, Leah followed her heart to California, where she discovered Ayurveda. She was immediately drawn to this system due to her interest in the natural world & the symbiotic interconnectedness that exists between nature, mind, body & soul. In 2013, Leah completed her course of study at the California College of Ayurveda, in which she became certified as an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Ayurvedic Massage & Body Therapist, Ayurvedic Facials Specialist & Ayurvedic Herbalist. Once graduated, Leah joined the Blue Sage Ayurveda team in which she gained direct experience offering Pancha Karma therapies administered under the tutelage of Ragaia Belovarac.

      Today, Leah is co-founder & lead therapist of PAAVANI Ayurveda.

      She thoroughly enjoys connecting with clients & plant spirits through her product offerings, the art of healing touch & the teachings of Ayurveda. Leah is a firm proponent of the notion that everyone who applies Ayurvedic principles to their lives empowers themselves to be their own healer. Leah feels honored to be a channel for sharing this wisdom with the modern world. She dreams that one day all families will raise their children with the principles of Ayurveda & that the world will find healing solace through each individual’s cultivation of personal balance.

      • Zach Beach
        Zach BeachYoga Teacher, Author

        Zach Beach E-RYT 500 is committed to building a world based on unconditional love and connection. He does that as a teacher, yoga and acroyoga facilitator, poet and writer, helping people lead happier and more loving lives. Author of the poetry collection Drinking Roses on Sunday and founder of Learn to Love, Zach regularly leads workshops, yoga teacher trainings and his signature Power of Love Yoga Retreats,. He is a certified Yoga Teacher, Thai Massage Bodyworker and Sex Educator, and has an MA in East-West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies.

        • Sam Bianchini
          Sam BianchiniYogini - Facilitator

          Sam Bianchini 500hr RYT and shamanic healer has studied for nearly a decade with yogis, healers, and medicine carriers from traditions all over the world.

          From a young age, Sam harnessed a passionate creativity and sought a deeper connection to the Divine Love.  She was introduced to yoga in 2005, and knew immediately this practice was what she had been searching for.

          Sam is also a shamanic healer. She has had the honor to study with deeply respected medicine men and women from many lineages, and combines her own native practices with a strong, ancient lineage of healing techniques. She is also a songstress, healing with icaros and sound. 

          Sam also holds Cacao Ceremonies around the country.

          Outside of the studio, Sam is an actress, writer, world traveler, and spiritual seeker. She travels all around the world, gaining insight from meditation retreats in the jungles of Colombia, to healers in Indonesia, and even to a transcendental macaroon on the streets of Paris. She is an avid student of indigenous cultures, and a humble devotee of ceremonial practices.

          Drawing inspiration from Ancient texts to native traditions to modern literature, Sam’s yoga classes are warm, inspiring, poetic and soulful.  She is known best for her communal classes that are held in the style of a deeply spiritual ceremony. She draws extensively from the teachings of Tantra, and encourages an equal and harmonious balance of spiritual fulfillment and worldly fulfillment. She absolutely loves sharing yoga and the secrets of unlocking the body as a pathway to the soul, and looks forward to sharing with you.
