Haylee Clare, E-RYT500 has been walking the path of yoga, non-dual philosophy & healing arts for over 17 years. Haylee began her studies of non-duality at the young age of 19 through the lense of Taoism, studying a Bachelor of Health Science in Acupuncture & Chinese Herbal Medicine. She soon fell in love with Yoga and learned to teach Hatha yoga in a traditional way, as the apprentice of her long-term teacher Johannes Mochayedi in Melbourne Australia who focussed on anatomical alignment and hands-on adjustment. Craving to know the roots of yoga, Haylee travelled to India so many times that she lost count, studying 1:1 with teachers of asana, pranayama, Sanskrit, Puja, Ayurveda and the philosophy & meditation practices of Kashmiri Shaiva Tantra. Over the years, Haylee has also studied Thai Massage, Myofascial Release Bodywork, “Alchemy of Touch”, “Qi Nei Zang” Taoist Abdominal Massage, Reiki & Energetic Rebalancing.
Haylee is passionate about sharing meditative practices that access the energy body. She carries a huge amount of wisdom relating to both classical & contemporary Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini meditation and the awakening of Shakti, as well as the restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. Her classes are deeply rooted in tradition, yet she carries a playful feminine attitude that invites freedom within structure and encourages experimentation, surrender & self-acceptance. Haylees aim is to evoke a sacred space, filled with gratitude for this temple of life.
