Laurel Odom is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, Pancha Karma Specialist, herbalist & certified yoga teacher with a degree in Clinical Nutrition from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. Northern Californian born and bred, Laurel’s passion lies in her love of nature & the magnificence of the wild, rugged outdoors. Her driving force for sharing Ayurveda & Tantra with our global community roots from the belief that the deepest way to heal & evolve as a collective on this beautiful planet starts with the individual experience. She currently works at the California College of Ayurveda as an off-site supervisor as well as at Blue Sage Ayurvedic Sanctuary administering body therapies & at Paavani Ayurveda as an herbalist & community education specialist. Laurel is also part of the teaching team for Shakti School Ayurveda, an online feminine-form Ayurveda & Tantra school. Laurel finds sweet joy in gardening, hiking, swimming, music, dancing & spending time with animals.
