Policies and Cancellations
Transferring Programs
Please submit any transfer requests via email to Info@sacredpathsyoga.com
In Person Yoga Teacher Training Tuition Transfer Fees
*Please note that additional charges may be incurred for differences in tuition or accommodation costs.
- 90 days or more before the program start date: $100 processing fee.
- 60 days or more before the program start date: $200 processing fee.
- 30 days or more before the program start date: $300 processing fee.
- Less than 30 days: No credit or refund is available if you cancel within 30 days of the program start date
Online Yoga Teacher Training Tuition Transfer Fees
- 90 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $100 processing fee.
- 60 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $125 processing fee.
- 30 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $150 processing fee.
- Less than 30 days: No credit or refund is available if you cancel within 30 days of the program start date, if you do not show up, or if you leave a program early for any reason. If student does not meet all the criteria for graduation from the program no refunds will be issued but we will work with the student to complete their certification. We will work on an individual basis with any student that needs to leave a course due to personal or family related emergencies.
Cancellations
We process program cancellations according to the following schedule:
Online Yoga Teacher Training Tuition Cancellation Fees
- 90 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $200 processing fee.
- 60 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $250 processing fee.
- 30 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $300 processing fee.
- Less than 30 days: No credit or refund is available if you cancel within 30 days of the program start date, if you do not show up, or if you leave a program early for any reason. If student does not meet all the criteria for graduation from the program no refunds will be issued but we will work with the student to complete their certification. We will work on an individual basis with any student that needs to leave a course due to personal or family related emergencies.

- 90 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $400 processing fee.
- 60 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $500 processing fee.
- 30 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $600 processing fee.
- Less than 30 days: No credit or refund is available if you cancel within 30 days of the program start date, if you do not show up, if you leave a program early for any reason or if you are asked to leave the program due to policy or safety violations. If a student does not meet all the criteria for graduation from the program no refunds will be issued but we will work with the student to complete their certification. We will work on an individual basis with any student that needs to leave a course due to medical, personal or family related emergencies.
In Person Yoga Teacher Training Accommodation Cancellation Fees
- 90 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $200 processing fee.
- 60 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $300 processing fee.
- 30 days or more before the program start date: Refund Minus $400 processing fee.
- Less than 30 days: No credit or refund is available if you cancel within 30 days of the program start date, if you do not show up, or if you leave a program early for any reason. 30 days before the course starts Accomodation is transferred to the retreat center and all refund requests must go to the retreat center directly.
Payment Plans
- Make a 10% Deposit to Register for your course.
- There is a 3% Fee added to the Deposit.
- 3 additional payments due in 30, 60 & 90 days.
Payment Plan Terms:
- Credit Card must be kept on file for future payments
- Late Fee of $25 applied if payment received more than 14 days late
