Beginners Yoga Course Prerequisites
This Beginners Yoga program is open to practitioners of all levels and abilities, from beginner to advanced. It is also open to Yoga Teachers who are looking to develop new ideas for how to guide new practitioners through Yoga.
We invite you to set intention, with an open heart and mind, to fully commit to and embrace the yogic lifestyle during your training and beyond, to let go of expectations and to fully surrender to the experience.
