Vegan Pumpkin Smoothie

This vegan smoothie is creamy, nourishing, grounding and packed with protein and cozy warming spices! It makes an energizing breakfast or snack and will easily become a fall favorite.

Vegan Pumpkin Smoothie


  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plant based milk (almond, coconut, oat, etc.)
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen pealed banana (peal before freezing!)
  • 2 dates (pitted and soaked in warm-hot water for two minutes)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch each of nutmeg & ginger & smallest pinch of allspice
  • Optional – 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp hemp seeds, scoop of plant-based vanilla protein powder
  • Top with pecan pieces, cacao nibs or granola (or all 3!)



  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
