All of the facilitators were there every step of the way, daily live classes on Zoom were welcoming and interactive, many new friends made along the journey! Because it was from home I was able to integrate the teachings into my daily life as we progressed through the content. Now that the live portion is complete there is still time to complete the course content at your own pace (for me just the final assessment), and it is very flexible. All of the live classes are recorded and all content is available to access indefinitely so there is the option to work through all the content again if desired.
