SPY’s online yoga teacher training came very serendipitously into my life–I’d always wanted to get certified as a yoga instructor but could never carve out the time to attend one in person. I’m so glad I was able to do this in our virtual world–not only was I able to deepen my yoga practice during quarantine, but I was able to build a beautiful & international community of other yogis! Darin & Lacey & the entire facilitator team did an amazing job translating all the spiritual and practice lessons to a virtual environment, & made us all feel connected.
