Nicole Flora Cramer 200hr YTT is a mental health advocate, mindful movement teacher, metamorphosis coach, and ceremonial cacao educator with a passion for creating safe spaces to facilitate healing + transformation. As a teacher + spiritual guide, Nicole draws from her studies of acrobatics, dance + gymnastics ; allopathic medicine ; Cognitive + Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (CBT + DBT) ; early childhood development ; gut-brain science ; holistic healing ; intergenerational trauma ; language + linguistics ; neuroscience ; plant medicine ; women’s empowerment ; world religions + spirituality ; and yoga.
After severe anxiety + depression forced her to withdraw from medical school to save her life, Nicole has spent the past decade on a quest to understand the connections between mental, emotional, physical + spiritual health. Upon completing her 200-hr training as a yoga teacher in 2018 with Sacred Paths Yoga, Nicole spent two years traveling throughout the United States, Central + South America to deepen her knowledge of indigenous healing modalities, plant medicines + holistic health. She has also completed additional training in Yoga Nidra (Laughing Lotus), Aerial Yoga (Om Factory & Tula Movement Arts), Sacred Facilitation (The Global Sisterhood), and Ceremonial Cacao (The Mayan Wisdom Project).
In the ceremonies she leads, Nicole creates rituals that blend Buddhist mindfulness, European shamanism, humanistic Judaism + Native American medicine. Her workshops, classes + sacred circles offer a safe space for healing and personal development with a focus on heart-centered connection to self + community, mindfulness, somatic embodiment + ritual.
