Kakasana - Crow Pose yoga technique


  • Strengthens arms and wrists
  • Stretches the upper back
  • Strengthens the abdominal muscles
  • Opens the groins
  • Tones the abdominal organs

Modifications and Props

  • For wrist pain/ sensitivity, spread the fingers on the floor, curling them slightly to take some of the pressure off the wrists.
  • Can also be practiced on blocks for more lift.
